Hermès NAPOLEON Multiple colors

HERMÈS: Superb damask silk collection square titled "Napoléon"
Signed Ph. Ledoux en 1963 for the bicentennial of the birth of Napoleon. Will be reissued in 1985, In 1995 and in 2002.
The presented square is part of the first edition of 1963. So, much more sought after by collectors.
On an ivory background enhanced with gold colored bees, printed, overlapping damask bees, Emblem of Emperor Napoleon, hunt the lily, thus eliminating a symbol common to the royalties of Europe.
The scenery pays him a magnificent tribute with signs to 4 angles recounting his victories, while in the center, the imperial carriage. The two swords presented are the sabers used by Napoleon in his Egyptian battles, while the mantle on the right was part of his uniform.
The imperial eagle is not forgotten, like the costumes or the hat. All in colors of extreme refinement!

Beautiful square that can not be in a new condition, but who is in excellent condition for his old age. stains (not important) are underlined with a pencil and will not be seen when the square is worn.
