Pre-Owned Valentino Garavani Bags — Rockstud & More | JoliCloset

Founded in Rome in 1960 by Valentino Garavani, the house grew between its via Condotti atelier and the red carpets where Valentino red first made its entrance. Since 2014 the accessories line carries the Valentino Garavani signature, creatively led by Pierpaolo Piccioli until 2024. Our catalog currently lists 696 authenticated pre-owned Valentino Garavani bags, from €133 to €3,370, with an average price of €759.

Rockstud and Roman Stud: the studded phenomenon

Launched in 2010, the Rockstud established the house's pyramid signature — we carry 261 pieces, one of the deepest Rockstud edits on the pre-owned market. In 2020 the Roman Stud reimagined the code with oversized studs laid on quilted nappa. Alongside them sit the VSling with its sporty shoulder strap (2019), the jewel-clasp VLogo Signature, the minimalist One Stud (2022) and the Supervee top-handle.

Pre-owned, expect a 40 to 60 percent discount on retail depending on condition and hardware rarity. Authentication: the weight of the stud

A Valentino stud is cast, not stamped — a genuine one feels heavy in the hand, with sharp pyramid edges and a base that sits flush against the leather. Our experts also verify the gold "VALENTINO GARAVANI" heat-stamp on the internal patch, the embossed "Made in Italy" with its production code, the serial number on the reverse leather tab, the internal D-ring and the tonal contrast stitching. Any piece failing a single checkpoint is rejected before listing.
