Louis Vuitton x Supreme remains the most fought-over crossover in menswear resale, and JoliCloset currently lists 75 pieces from it, averaging €3,283. Kim Jones unveiled the collaboration at the Fall/Winter 2017 menswear show at the Palais-Royal in Paris in January 2017, and Louis Vuitton rolled it out through pop-up stores in eight cities that June, from Tokyo to Los Angeles. It was the first time a heritage French house and a New York skate brand had shared a monogram, and the drop sold out inside its twelve-day pop-up window.
The 2017 collection and its key pieces
Kim Jones layered the Supreme box logo directly onto Louis Vuitton's own monogram across bags, leather goods and ready-to-wear. The Keepall, offered in the 45 and 55 sizes, is the piece most collectors chase first — and it's also the largest group in our own catalogue, with nine listings currently live. Beyond it sat the Christopher backpack, a Malle Courrier 90 trunk, a skate deck, plus pochettes, wallets, belts, hoodies and a denim jacket. A handful of pieces carried a red "Pop Ups Only" tag, marking them as exclusive to the June pop-up run rather than the later in-store release.
Sizes and colourways: red and black Epi leather
Two colourways run through the entire line: Supreme's signature red and a black counterpart, both stamped onto grained Epi leather carrying the LV monogram and the box logo together. That pairing shows up on the Keepall, on the backpacks and wallets, and on the smaller leather goods, while the apparel — hoodies, tees, beanies — leans harder into the red-on-black contrast. Epi's heavy pebbled grain also ages more evenly than smooth calfskin, which matters on pieces designed for daily carry rather than display.
Price and value on the pre-owned market
The Keepall Bandoulière 45 launched near $3,650, while the red hoodie, retailing at $935, was already reselling for close to $4,000 within months — a three-to-four-times premium driven by a collection that was never reissued. That scarcity is why the average listed price across our 75 pieces now sits at €3,283. Few corners of the Louis Vuitton catalogue carry as much counterfeit pressure as this one: demand has outrun supply since 2017, and that gap is exactly what fakes are built to exploit.
Authenticating a Louis Vuitton x Supreme piece
Start with the box logo: on fakes, the lettering is usually uneven, with the bottom curve of the "S" or the top of the "p" printed too thick. From there, check the date code stamped inside the piece, the consistency of the Epi grain, and the sharpness of the hardware engraving on clasps and buckles. Our team verifies every one of these points before a piece goes live — a level of scrutiny this particular collection earns more than most.
