Iconic models
The Rodeo, a small pony in colorful Milo lambskin, has become the most coveted Hermès bag charm — produced in limited quantities each season. The Buddy (lambskin plush), the Quizz (enameled hammer), the Carmen (tasseled key fob), and the Faubourg series (miniature Parisian avenues) round out the range. The Twilly silk scarves knotted on handles hold a category of their own.
Materials and limited runs
The Rodeo comes in Milo lambskin, occasionally braided leather, metal, and Anniversary limited editions. The Buddy uses lambskin plush. Metal charms use the same gold-plated or palladium alloys as the jewelry line. Seasonal colorways (Rose Mexico, Vert Yucca, Bleu Indigo) become collectible.

2026 boutique: Rodeo PM around $850, MM around $1,000, Buddy $1,000, Twilly $260. On the secondary market, Rodeos in discontinued colorways can exceed $1,800.
