Hermès Texas flora and fauna Dark blue

Superb and rare Hermès scarf titled "Fauna and Flora of Texas"
Designed by Oliver Kermit in 1986. Will be reissued in 2002 et 2005.
Dimensions: 90x90cm (2 kilometer of silk thread for this scarf).
This scarf was created for the 150th anniversary of Texas independence. In good Texan, Oliver kermit (American painter) lovingly designed a fabulous scarf representing the biodiversity of his condition.
The fauna and flora are very varied: around a hundred species (some of which are endemic) of mammals are native to Texas, as well as a hundred species of snakes, of which the most dangerous are the Rattlesnake and the Water Moccasin. Some 550 bird species have been spotted in Texas, either near 3/4 species that can be observed in the United conditions.
Right here, Northern Mockingbird, Armadillo, Brazilian hound, Monarch, Horned toad (lizard), Buccinum (Shell)... And of course in the center the emblematic wild turkey surrounded by a crown of cacti, fruit and flowers, is camped on a typical rocky ridge.
He is a male because he has a tuft of feathers on his chest, called beard that you can see well in photo.
On landscaped background, the composition is impressive… but very fresh.
The colors are indescribable, they are so numerous and rich, while the "lone star" of the Texas flag appears here at 4 angles, above which appears the puma, the cow with long horns, the coyote and the mustang, whose names are inextricably linked to the history of the country.
