hi I am trying to get answers on the shipping of this piece . I paid this past Saturday and do not see it received by the company yet .. I cannot get any answers from anyone . I have left messages for this company says will reply in an hour yet have heard nothing at all just says waiting for reception ... are you still planning to send this .. hello ... did this ever ship .. the company said you confirmed shipping on 4/17 but no tracking or receipt as of what I see today .. I paid for this almost 2 weeks ago and maybe you didn't want to sell ? Please let me know honestly .. the company will refund if you changed your mind and I will have to understand .. I did want this piece to replace one I bought in the year the piece was done . I have worn so many times it is starting to feel worn .. please let me know what is happening and I will accept whatever you dedided after the item was sold . thanks
