Hermès: Superb silk cut square, titled "Evening Dress"
Created by Florence Manlik in 2018.
The trimmings gave rise, in the history of the House squares, to very beautiful interpretations. This art of textile ornament offers, it is true, an infinity of patterns which alone would make the most simple of fabrics sumptuous.. Florence Manlik, virtuoso designer, made a portrait of a very "endearing" horse she says, a horse made of cords, braid, piping… A hand game, with his fine and subtle hand, a game of shapes, visual and aesthetic.
