Some games go back centuries. So it is with the one of delivering, through the drawing of a face, several portraits.
The Émile Hermès collection has some tasty specimens. No doubt they inspired this incredible gallery to Philippe Dumas. It is certainly possible, with a lot of patience, to count the characters reproduced. But the result of this calculation, to be fair, will have to be multiplied by two or even three.
