ABOUT | Vintage Hermes "Cavaliers Peuls" scarf designed by Jean de Fougerolle in 1993 in the context of the "Year of Africa". The Peul are a people from West Africa with an ancient pastoral and nomadic tradition, and this scarf pays homage to their culture and the importance given to the horse and rider. Hunting and ceremonial scenes are enclosed in oval vignettes surrounded by geometric decorations and framed by a dark blue border. 100% silk, made in France.
