The Céline Triomphe bag takes its name from the Art Deco clasp designed by Céline Vipiana in 1971, modeled on Paris's Arc de Triomphe. Long understated, it returned to the spotlight when Hedi Slimane reissued it in 2018 in polished box calf with a refined, architectural silhouette. Alongside the Luggage and the Classic Box, it now forms the core of Céline's leather-goods offering.

Our pre-owned Triomphe selection covers every size introduced by the house — Teen, Small, Medium, Besace — plus clutches, wallets and small accessories. You'll find the signature materials: smooth calf, grained calf, shiny goat, and the iconic Triomphe canvas with its tan-and-beige monogram, reintroduced by Slimane after decades off the runway. The most sought-after colours remain black, tan and optical white, followed by limited editions in red, sage green and navy.

Every bag is authenticated in-house: hologram certificate, hot-stamped "Céline Paris" marking, gold-leaf clasp alignment, saddle-stitch regularity and interior leather pH are all verified before listing. Prices start around €300 for small leather goods and reach above €3,500 for an unworn Triomphe Medium — typically 30 – 50 % below boutique retail.
