Pre-Owned Louis Vuitton Brazza Wallet | JoliCloset

The Brazza Wallet is one of the most iconic men's long wallets in the Louis Vuitton catalogue — long flap format, snap closure, sixteen card slots, two banknote compartments and ample receipt space. Designed to slide into the inside pocket of a jacket, the Brazza is the masculine counterpart to the Sarah. JoliCloset lists over 260 authenticated pre-owned Brazza wallets, primarily in Damier Graphite, Damier Eclipse, Taiga and Monogram.

Specifications and build

The Brazza measures 19 × 10 × 2 cm. Inside: sixteen card slots (eight per side), two full-width banknote compartments, two flat pockets for receipts and an ID window. No zipped coin pocket on the Brazza — it is typically paired with a separate coin holder. Centred snap closure, stamped "LOUIS VUITTON" in very small letters.

Materials: Damier Graphite, Eclipse, Taiga, Monogram

The Damier Graphite (2008, grey-and-black) is the reference material: discreet, masculine, durable. Damier Eclipse (2017, contrast grey-and-black) plays the more contemporary card. Taiga leather, launched in 1993, is a particularly hard-wearing grained full-grain calfskin — offered in Ardoise black, Épicéa green, Acajou red, Glacier navy. Pre-owned vs retail pricing

A new Brazza in Damier Graphite or Eclipse retails above €700 in boutique. On JoliCloset, authenticated examples start from around €150-220 for vintage pieces and €280-450 for recent excellent-condition ones. A Brazza in a discontinued seasonal Taiga colour (Épicéa green, Glacier navy) gains value on the secondary market.

Authentication

On Brazza wallets pre-dating 2021, the two-letter four-digit date code is heat-stamped inside, usually on the leather lining near a compartment or on a tab. Recent pieces carry an embedded RFID chip. Our experts check stitching regularity, the specific Taiga grain (very recognisable, almost honeycomb-textured), the signed snap closure and the "LOUIS VUITTON Paris made in France" stamp.
